Do you have a store front we can shop at?

We do not currently have a store front (maybe in the future) but when shopping online you can always choose free local pickup from Jess in Southwest Edmonton.

How does your jar return program work?

After you use our bath soak, save the jar, and get $1 off your next soak.
When you select your next jar size in the drop-down menu, you will see an option for each size with "return jar" choose this option and return your old jar to us at pickup so you can save $1.

Once we get your jar back, we clean, sanitize and reuse the jars to reduce waste!

Please note, this option is only available for orders placed directly through the Awake Naturals website that select local pickup at checkout. Our jar return program is currently unavailable for purchases made through our retailers or orders requiring shipping.

Where do you source your ingredients and supplies?

All of our ingredients and supplies are sourced from companies within Canada and try to source even more locally whenever possible.

Our labels/stickers + jars come from a local business in Edmonton, as well as the peppermint leaves in Encourage Mint. We are always trying to getting even more of our supplies from our local community. 

Why is your first ingredient always dead sea salts?

Dead sea salts are high in minerals and contain a richer mixture of nutrients, primarily magnesium salts. You will find 21 minerals in dead sea salts: magnesium, calcium, sulfur, bromide, iodine, sodium, zinc, potassium and MORE!

Not only do dead sea salts soothe sore, tired muscles but they are also detoxifying, relaxing, therapeutic, hydrating, and provide relief from certain skin conditions.

Dead sea salts also have a higher moisture content, which means they combine better with essential oils than many alternatives. Because of this, you'll want to make sure to store your bath soaks in a cool, dry place.

You will also see that we use Himalayan salts in our bath soaks which are naturally rich in 80+ nourishing and skin-replenishing minerals!

What precautions should I take when using essential oils?

Please be safe and check with your health care provider before having a hot bath with essential oils and salts. Especially if you are pregnant, have heart issues, or if you are under the age of 18.

We also recommend that you check the ingredient list of each bath soak before making a purchase in case you are allergic to anything.

All our bath soaks are for external use only.

How much will I be spending on shipping?

Shipping is calculated at the end of checkout depending on the weight of your package and shipping location. 

We do offer FREE pickup in Southwest Edmonton (Chappelle area) as well.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. In the event that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to exchange your product.
